I think it has been burned down yet again, theres not much left up there to see. You follow kyeser ave untill the light at jackson street turn right. Make a right at the first stop sign, follow the road about 3/4 mile up the moutain and turn left there will be a sign for a radio station i think it is "the river." Follow the road up the mountain and it will be on the left hand side directly across from the radio station. Have fun, but just watch because the people at the radio station do call the police if they see people going in there....

Right across the road, its hard to see it from the road its back in a field. There are big white gates that open up and you can drive a car right back to all the buildings. I found a paper there in a drawer for a patient that was treated there for TB and it was something like a week of treatement for 5 dollars lol. I have to look for it i have it somewhere. In the one basement is cool there is still all cots for the people.

Yeah you should be ok taking pictures. Theres a website I forget the name of i think it might be abandonedbutnotforgotten that has a ton of good pics. Google it and you should be able to find some pics. Also the scranton times ran an article a little while back about it that was pretty cool, it showed how it use to look.

I've taken my truck up there a few times and around the buildings, and not had a problem, but the last time I was there it was just after a snow fall, and I was blasting around through the new snow and somebody came out of a driveway just below it and was watching me for a while, so I left... Didn't feel like explaining myself. But I've been up there a few times.. my girlfriend lives right near there. Like Mike said though, there's not too much left...
