The D&H celebrated its 175 th anniversary at Steamtown on 5-23-98 . Much to the embarassment of CP Rwy. Steamtown would not release the CP business train due to violations of FRA rules regarding there cars at the conclusion of the ceremony. A CP crew had to be sent from Canada to make the repairs. The train was stranded at Steamtown till repairs were made one week later.
