Thank you! Right back at ya! Very well thought out, non-religious, non-offensive (to any party) and well laid out in legal terms! I like the parody of the warnings at the bottom of contracts in very fine print.

Yo you should print that for brownie's shanty!!

Just walk in saturday and no questions asked (unless questions are asked therein of subjecting parties and non subjecting parties attending, with appropriate, unbiased responses verbally returned unless accepted [visually] otherwise) and slap that on the door permanently (or until removed by owners or subjected parties approved of by owners, not limited to partners, friends, or employees of owners with sole consent of the owner without limitations), and then laugh continuously (until noted not humorous by respected parties therein, unless by-fourth humor extends past levels of humor intended by the presentee of the humor).
