It wasn't the crane. The riggers made a mistake hooking the crane to the loco. The frame was busted. I saw the thing on a flatcar, on the way back to the factory to have parts salvaged. I hope that the railroad gets another, without cost, because they payed for it, but it was ruined before they could take delivery.

Where was that dropped and who was supposed to be purchasing that engine? You can tell the frame snapped by watching the video. Too bad, I bet that was an expensive bill.

It was the port of Owendo in Gabon, Central West Africa. I can;t find a video, but a GE Class 70 was dropped at Newport docks in 2011. "Just drop it where ever."
A little bondo here, some sheet metal there, some duct tape, super glue, plenty of zipties, and she should be alright!
OR
"Hello, this is Jessica."
"Hi, Jessica."
"Jerry, is your car up a pole again?"
"No"
"Is is in a building?"
"No"
*Thinks to himself*
How do I explain this?

Also, I can't find it, but there is a picture of the first loco on a couple of flatcars. You can see how messed up it is.
