Any parts from the first one in it? Also, any idea what caused the failure?

No good parts are usable, the failure was caused by flying into the building

And just who was flying? I also have a question about the buildings. Those are blast furnaces, correct? And the car on the high line is a coke car, right?

A buddy was flying, I was operating the camera gimbal. Since it wasn't being flown first person view, from his perspective he thought he was way clear of the guide wire.

Piersa can answer the blast furnace specific questions.

That's some awesome video. Those things have quite the range, and it's amazing how steady it is.

Really awesome footage. I'm really impressed by the footage, too bad about the loss of the drone though.

I'm also surprised that there is that much of the complex left. It's also kind of interesting what they were able to create and reuse from the character of the original steel factory. I'm kind of glad to see that they are able to put it to some good use.

Yes, it is flying over the blast furnaces. The car is a 7'10 1/2" gauge electric powered ore transfer car. Coke once came in via standard gauge hoppers on the adjacent track.

Ok, so that is the "High Line," with the approach trestles removed.
