Hi,

I finally got a slide scanner. Whoopee! Starting to find some old gems already. The first on the photo thread is Lehigh Valley Coal #6 in Hazelton on New Year's Day 1994.

Not sure why my notes say The Shaft was also LV #6. Probably a misinterpretation of the numerous breakers in that spot.

What was the little one just south of it? I haven't found my slides of that yet. Red Lion?

ya know im not sure about that. i do know that lehigh valley numbered all of their mines and also gave them names though so the shaft could have been lehigh valley no.6 at the hazleton shaft colliery.
