Ok looked on mapquest. Find the business Dayton Market on "old Rt 209" or West Market Street . Once you find the store location just to the West is Dayton Street which runs North. Follow Dayton Street (right turn) to Slope Street (right turn) and head North. Right where Slope and W Broad meet is a dirt road that will continue North into the mountain. Its State Game lands so dont drive up it. Its about 1/2 mile up the dirt road and sweeping left turn. Keep going due West after you reach the left sweeping turn its out another 300 yards on your right. I have not been there in 15 years. They did put AMD channels in with limestone about 10 years ago. I hope they didnt screw the face of the tunnel up. It had the name "Big Lick" on the head of the entrance. Sure wish I could tag along!!!

Get some pics if you go!

Aaron

Ok, we found the Big Lick Tunnel. It is now gated. Also way up the mountain above it there are broken concrete ruins which have the date 1915 on them. There are also numerous depressions and stone walls up there. There is a trail that leads to theres just to the east of the tunnel. Does anyone know what these are?
