I read in our Reading paper today that the state has 11 museums on a list for closure, unless volunteers take them over. 2 of importance to us are Eckley and it said the Anthracite Museum in Scranton. Now I've never been to the Lackawana mine tour. Is that the museum? If so I need to get up there and see it B4 it closes. Are they open the next few weekends? Thanks, Dave

Was at the 190 mine on Monday and got to see the last trip come out (arrived after 3). Was in the area on business and now know where it is. My plan is to stop in Friday as I will be in the area again.

Nick,

Change of plans. I will be up on Monday after lunch. Are you going to be onsite? I have some consultants in from NJ and invited them along.
