I'm not sure MS Train Simulator offers the tools to create a "mine-like" underground environment but it would real interesting to see. However, have a look at http://www.thoroughtec.com/products-mainmenu-35/cybermine/106.html. This website contains simulators for different types of underground and above ground mining equipment. It does not look marketed for entertainment use but it would probably be a lot of fun to play around with.

That's cool but i'm sure it's very expensive andc it looks like it dose not run on a regular pc.

People have made subway routes for msts so in theory you should be able to make a mine

I have also seen narrow gauge track but not overhead wire on the side like many coal mines have

Will Ohio vintage coal include that locomotive simulator in their meseum?

Hahahaha everytime we put track down we stick equipment on it. That makes it hard to derail. So the digital thing might just have to work. :P

There was a time when you would use "Black Bust" to keep those tracks from slippin' . Oh wait that was analog.

I don't know about the MS simulator but a couple of my mate's have the Trainz version.
You might want to try here....

I'm surprised Pete didn't put this up.....
