Is anybody around here into collecting and/or trading mining/industrial related helmet stickers?

I can't help you. But friend of mine on FB was asking the same question.

Maybe you should talk to him.

I collect them. I even had some printed from a website I ran a year or two back, that Banks is Rockin on his hard hat (Thanks Banks.) Been toying with the idea of starting a website for mining collectables stickers, belt buckles awards and other such stuff. What do you all think? good Idea or not?

I think a web site for mining collectables is a great idea. As long as you're not looking to get rich off of it, you might be able to support it. I'd like a few stickers for my cap too, I don't have any. Cap lamps, awards, mine papers, scatter tags, I think it'll work. It's a small community of people who would be interested in it, but it would be nice to have.

By the way, do we not have UGM stickers yet? And if not, who'd like some? I have a friend that does vinyl graphics, I can ask him if he can do stickers like that. Say something simple, like a miner's head with cap lamp lit and a UGM under him, maybe undergroundminers.com around it, round stickers about the size of a silver dollar?

Cool. He's going to need some art work if anybody has anything or wants to design something, he is going to design something himself too and show us by next week, but he'd rather use something we gave him because we might have some better graphics for mine stuff than he can find. Of course, before we print these we'll need Chris', Bank's, Mike A's and Bella's blessing, this is their show.

Maybe we'll make 'em like the one the company made Banks take off his cap then. Yous'll get a coupla stickers if we make some. I'm going to see how big of a run we should get so we'll all have one for our caps a several to trade. Maybe we can trade for one of those sweet patio heaters.

    It sure would have inside-joke qualities if we get 'em like that. I like it. Round Eye Coal and Patio Heat Company. Have to see if we can make it all fit. Might need to make a few kind of stickers. If I her back from a few more folks who are interested then I'll go ahead and have him make some up.

OK, so it still seems like a good idea the next day. I'm going to go ahead and get a run of 100 "Roundeye Coal and Patio Heat Company" stickers without the undergroundminers.com on them, but rather just "UGM" and see what kind of logo I can get. I'm thinking a generic chinese dragon. Or maybe on a generic mine car with a flame coming out of the top, like the mine car is the patio heater. :D Anyone want to design the real "Undergroundminers.com" sticker?
