this is a high quality fix for those pesky steam chests that crack on virtually all running vulcans, as im told by the ohio boys. i checked and unfoutuantly i dont have a picture of the crack before, greg do you have one?







It was only cracked on the front right side and rear left side. so we reinforced those with 1/2 inch steel plate with gussets between each bolt. if the other sides crack we will repair that with the same procedure. this makes this joint much stronger than the original cast design!



and here is the new bumper.
