At the cave entrance, the camera still hasn't adjusted to the cold humid conditions of the mine it spent the last 5 hours in, clouding up the lens.


Caver CT Mike slips way into the abyss of the cave...


A strange sight. To Caver CT Mike's left are the remains of massive stalactites, intentionally chopped off the ceiling...




Hmm what are sections of rail doing in a cave!?


...and what is with the blasted walls?




Huh? A winze?


It is doubtful nature built the cinderblock wall at the bottom of the winze.


And what with more rail? And a drill hole? This must be a cave that was used as ventilation for a mine. The winze connects to the actual mine.
