ya know this is kinda funny, this happened about 2 blocks away from my house, now about a month ago out of the blue i decided it was probally a good idea to get mine subsidence insurance, so i did, i went and purchased it for my property, 88 dollars a year, so cheap i'd be stupid not to have it, well on friday, i walked in to my insurance guys office and he says i'm lucky i got it when i did, because now that there was a subsidence in the area, you cant purchase it untill the entire area gets surveyed, even then u can get denied, and who knows how long that is going to take, he said people have been calling everyday now trying to get it, so word from the wise, if your in the valley, and don't have msi, get it before its to late, its cheap
