chris, thats a 1.5 lb Hudson coal co. low vein style plain bearing mine car (note the stained wood from the oil being poured in the top of the bearing) . That was used by Hudson in their mountain mines, and later obtained by the Shlamole ice company where it was used in their #23 tunnel operation.


I may have photos of it somewhere..
