I recently purchased a Model 2100P-G1 Koehler charger for my wheat lamp and I have a question for anyone out there. I have had my lamp charging for about 6 hours. The sign on the front of the charger says that a "blinking light indicates a full charge". Does this mean that the light goes on and off or does it mean that it will flicker? At the current time my l.e.d. light is flickering. I don't want to over charge the battery. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

i have found those new chargers to be junk and bad for the battery as adam can attest. i know he has one and found a way to make it work and not boil the water/acid in the battery but if you can find an old charger with the high/low switch and amp meter on it they are far superior. both of mine are always plugged in to the wall, my new battery runs for over 14 hours anytime, my backup lamp with a 12 year old battery will run for 13 hours. but yea either pm adam or maybe he'll see this. or anyone else for that matter that has the newer style charger.

the new style chargers just flicker when the battery if fully charged, they don't go on and off as the directions indicate. i havent had an issue with that style charger as of yet but as chris said adam i believe has.

Thanks JT, I didn't get any instructions with it and was afraid to let it go to long and burn up the battery. Thanks again.
