This is pretty much how it is done at our mine. Except the bolters hand dust, and the scoop guy uses a flinger duster on 3rd shift.Occasionaly they flinger the travel road,pod dust the belt and returns.

I can assure you i am NOT a "telemarketer" or trying to get my name out there. Simple question, that's all. Trying to compare answers. I'm more talking about dust control IN the mines, not so much the coal clean-up.
