I picked up a streamlined Justrite the other day. The lamp was in good shape but the reflector was rusty. I started with 80 grit sandpaper to get through the old plating and then got progressively finer till I got to 2000 grit. Next I gave the whole lamp a good going over with mothers mag polish.

Dont forget to re-electroplate that reflector again or it will just start getting rusty again.

I thought about trying it but since this particular lamp is part of a climate controled display, I decided a light coat of oil would suffice.
