I'd post a few pics too, but mine aren't anything everyone's seen before anyway.

First time at No. 9 and I'd have to say to anyone who hasn't been there, it really is a hidden gem. If you have been thinking about going, do it, picnic or not. The tour is the best. It was 3 hours drive from Binghamton for us, but we both wanted to go and I'm really looking forward to the picnics next year.

Food was awesome. Tour was great, and the area is just beautiful.

Nice meeting you Mike A., thought I saw Chris, sorry I didn't see or recognize you Shana. Just thought I'd write and say Amy and I had a very nice day and I'd encourage anyone who hasn't been to that mine yet to go.

Maybe that wasn't you Chris, we didn't get there until about 1320. And I thought you had the charcoal on like Mike. Probably was Mike from a distance.

Anyhow, was a great day.

The No.9 is getting known for it's Labor day and Memorial Day picnics plus our new Heritage Day. That tour guide on those videos really sounds like he knows what he is talking about 8)
